About the Series

Duty and Family

Joe McNamara is a CIA station chief who leads the Lioness program — a covert initiative that recruits and trains female operatives to go undercover and infiltrate terrorist and criminal organizations. Balancing brutal, high-stakes missions abroad with a husband and daughters at home, Joe answers to Kaitlyn Meade, the CIA's Clandestine Service supervisor, and Byron Westfield, the Deputy Director of Operations, who in turn report to Secretary of State Edwin Mullins. Each season pairs Joe with a new recruit sent deep undercover, as hidden networks, foreign operatives, and personal betrayals threaten to unravel everything she's fighting to protect — both her country and her family.
